The update for DD Suite 3.3 corrects an issue that can potentially cause Councils to over report Consumer Satisfaction Survey information. Because of a design flaw, the previous year's Consumer Satisfaction Surveys would be included in the current year's Public Performance Report. The update fixes this by adding reporting year information to each entry in the Consumer Satisfaction tables. In addition, the update corrects an issue with some staff name drop down lists and problems with generating quarterly report templates for Councils who use all-numeric project numbers.
If you have already imported Consumer Satisfaction Surveys for the current federal fiscal year into the DD Suite, you will need to reimport them after installing this update. Archive copies of the surveys will be located in your DD Suite directory in the Archive Folder. Consumer Satisfaction Reports are archived with a serial number starting at 1, and will have file names similar to '10.doc'.
This update also addresses an issue that some Councils who did not use the Consumer Satisfaction import feature encountered that would prevent them from generating the PPR. Applying this patch will allow you to generate the PPR normally.
In addition, the update corrects an issue with the PPR that could prevent some active projects from being reported in Section 3 of the PPR. Because of a date miscalculation, projects that end in the following fiscal year were not included. This update corrects that issue.
